Choose suitable basic for template

Important to choose most freequent usable template basic. Tempale is for speed not for problems :)

Set up sequence:

1. Dimmension
2. FPS (Frames Per Second)
3. Layers
4. Layers Names
5. Show/Hide/Lock layers
6. Publish SWF version
7. Compression On
8. Flash + HTML
9. Include XMP Data (CS4) Off
10. Protect From Import
11. Action Script
12. Rullers
13. Guidliness

Location of Adobe Flash CS4 templates:

C:Documents and SettingsUserNameLocal SettingsApplication DataAdobeFlash CS4enConfigurationTemplates

Location of Adobe Flash CS3 templates:

C:Documents and SettingsUserNameLocal SettingsApplication DataAdobeFlash CS3enConfigurationTemplates

• Don’t forget – disk letter can be different (example – C:)
• UserName – current windows user.

Create Banner Flash template:

Initial flash cs4 installation has no “Template” folder. You can create it manually.

Then you can create folder inside (for example “ADS”):

C:Documents and SettingsUserNameLocal SettingsApplication DataAdobeFlash CS4enConfigurationTemplatesADS

Press CTRL+N or menu: FILE->New->Templates. You will see new empty category "ADS"

Then you can copy FLA files to this directory or save FLA file from flash:

Choose template name and Category:

Choose description (optional):

File appears in folder:

For easy controling bitmaps in your library you can rearrange bitmap-objects sorting by type.

Objective -> quick sort by object type.

1. Initial setting for library – there is no “Type” bar. 

2. Resize library till you can see “Type”

3. Drag and drop -> near field “Name”

4. Sort by “Type”.
